ok, nothing actually new, just training a bit of manga style with it, though my "american" style can still be seen.

you could make it a little darker, and i have one question...which way is he moving, cause he kinda seems like he's moving up and down at the same time, i really like the pic though.:chug:

maybe if you made his legs doing something else, cause it kinda looks like hes coming down on someone tro strike them from a diagonal sort of angle, but it then looks like he hit the ground before he could even think of making his move, i dunno this is all jive, and your pics out of control, in a good way ^_^

If he is not touching a surface with his back foot it should not be bent and the smoke (or whatever it is) from the blade suggests that he is rising in different direction than the lines in the background and at a different speed. Other than that it is pretty good.

I think you need to understand perspective more, get the andrew loomis book called "succesfull drawing" it will teach you some very important stuff. Gud lack.
