This website has an amazing offer of 100 mb. I got past the whole thing of it being in french by using Babbelfish, but I was never able to sign up because I couldn't find out how the french put their phone numbers down ;).

I just use angelfire now because it is really simple, and unlike other sites out there, it allows direct linking. It's nice although it only gives 20mb.
