Do love your really funky looking tree there! The third one feels pretty tranquil to look at, though the second one is a bit mad ;p

I like the new one a lot. I also think its a progress from some of your former works, because lights plays a more important role (also because local colors are unified).

Increasing the importance of light against local color always helps unifying the colorpalette of a painting and sometimes helps with compositions (though they tend to become more chiaroscuro that way).

shapes are pretty awesome as always...
