I'm loving the way you render these but I think you need to work on your anatomy. Sometimes the poses can look a little funny and the lack of knowledge of anatomy is kind of obvious in the lower legs where none of your characters really seem to have a calf muscle. Study some anatomy and keep up these characters it seems like you have some cool ideas.

Like the battering ram and the crater-backed lizard. It looks kinda Tyranid-like. Only crit would be the tail, which doesn't seem a prolongation of the backbone. Anyway, that's a nice sketchbook man.
