I love the facial expression! The only crit that I have right now is that I think I can still see some of the pencil lines (if I am wrong someone correct me). That's not really your problem, although you should try to always give your colorist a clean copy so mistakes like these don't happen. Otherwise, to me, the piece is perfect. If I am right about the pencil lines, and it bothers you, you should be able to make them "disappear" with Photoshop. I would be proud to have this artwork as the background for my desktop. Keep them coming.


Edit: I looked back again, and there is something weird about the legs, but it's not that bad. The style is great and my opinion remains that this piece is perfect the way it is.

Good job cleaning up the lines, BurnComics. If I had known you were a member I would have mentioned that I love the colors you used. Coloring is a very important part of the process and I should also tell you that I think your coloring work is awesome. I am now a big fan of you both!!!

Wow thanks for the feedback daniela. yeah i know the about the legs i was really just trying to cram him all on one page. The lines were my bad too Burn sorta colored this on a whim so i didnt have notice to prep it properly. anyway i forgot to mention that i love this place and have been lurking for quite some time but havent had anything to show. Manley, coro, brasshorse, sparth, bengal, targete, marko, hawkprey, kchen, android eh i cant name you all but this site has been a tremendous inspiration to me and i thank you all for your contributions here. You guys really push me further when i feel that i have nothing more to give. anyway thanks for the feedback again daniela hopefully ill get to post more in the future.

Kinda of a weird pose, whats he doing? Dancing? I think you friend could have pushed the color depth the guys face a lot more for better depth and definition.

lol thats exactly what my dad has been saying this whole time. EVERYONE is raggin on the pose and yeah i agree is wierd. i thought this thread was dead fer sure cant believe i actually got more replys woohoo. anyway it just struck me as funny that you said the same thing as my dad JoShuA. i love Crumb. Nardfrog well his version is amillion times better then what i did, the face was the part that impressed me the most lol. mine was terrible.
