pretty colors, but is that sword suppose to be 10+ feet long? ... looks cool though, she must be a strong electro woman :D

Hmmm, this is just my opinion, but I think you should have more hard edges. I know you're using a lot of soft edges to compensate for a feeling of motion blur, but it's just overkill for me.

I think the problem is more that the edges are inconsistant and not really thought out. Some are too soft, most are too hard, but either way they're distracting and not helping the overall picture.

I agree with the other posters; I think it could be really really great, but too much of it is unclear, or not as strong as it could be. The one thing I think matters the most is the range of values. Too much of the bottom of the image is an even middle grey.
In my own work, if I don't spend alot of time at the sketch stage establishing shapes and values, the color stage will wander off into oblivion each and every time. I'm usually better off with objects that contrast too much with the background, its easier to push them back than build them out.
