Hello all, i'm new do i have to post a thread /reply to one first, to be able to post a pic?

Normal users can't post pics, you've got to host them on a server and link to them directly.

YES You can start posting pictures as soon as you want. You dont have to reply to anything.

What Jester is saying is you need to be able to host the images yourself so if you arent able then no you cant post any images.

I guess i'll have to learn how to host serve i've got web space etc. from internet provider or do i just share folder from windows settings? Help please.

You need to upload you image onto a host server.

Do a search for free host threads, you'll get some nice free web hosts.
