Skeleton concept

I like the idea, reminds me of that Mexican festival of the dead, its just missing those puppet strings ;).

The one on the right is very..brutal? I dont know but there's something about it that's different than the one on the left. The one on the left sort of reminded me how Phelma from Scooby Doo walked.
Maybe that's the affect you wanted, "A sensitive skeleton who likes long walks on the beach and inscribing hexagrams into his forehead in his freetime.

You may also want to clear up some space in the rib cage.

I can't really describe it, but I guess you see space, through the rib cages that is. Rather than them being like a coat you wear, or a shirt.

I really like the idea, though, and how you pullled it off looks nice :)
