Well, I've been lurking here for a while and felt it about time to start posting some work. This summer I was in San Francisco and did a bunch of little sketches. Below are some of my favorites.

The only ones drawn from life are the nautilus in the second row and little amphibian guy in the third row. I'm hoping to start drawing a lot more and get into digital painting to help supplement the animation classes I'm starting soon. Sorry about the scan quality, I've been having troubles getting it to remember settings.

And I really appreciate any criticism, as I'm sure it'll help me get better.

AmontilladoAg – Thanks! I'm going to try to post several times a week, if not every day.

I haven't done any anatomy studies for a while, so I checked out a couple books. I especially need to work on drawing hands. They tend to look pretty flat when I'm doodling. Anyway, here are some recent sketches.

I don't do a lot of digital painting, but I forced myself to do this tonight.

Well, I did do a bunch of sketching these past weeks, but never got around to posting it. Here are some hand studies I copied from Bridgman, and a couple quick portraits of some musicians.
