Picked up the magazine Arte y Diseņo this weekend and saw a nice article featuring Poshspice including some Character of the Week work.

Eh..! This is news to me...

Edit: Thanks Coleb... On closer inspection it would appear (although I'm not certain) to be a Spanish reprint of a feature from Advanced Photoshop magazine a couple of months ago. Very nice, but no-one told me about it!

So what happens in this case?

Sorry, I don´t have time to translate the whole thing, but it starts:

Aly´s artistic potential started early, as a child, his parents often said ¨draw something¨instead of putting him in front of the television.¨ ¨My sister and I drew comics.¨

Sound familiar?

I don´t get this magazine regularly, because it costs 9 euros, although it does come with a CD of extra stuff.

The 2-page layout looks good. They included the Alien Detective, Lavinia King, Charge, Daisy the Riveter, Vampire Samurai, Dorothy, and a pin-up on a split rail fence - ¨Wow¨maybe?

Yes, that's the article. It would appear that 'Arte y Diseño' is somehow part of Imagine Publishing, who publish Advanced Photoshop, or they have licensed it out to them. It's nice to be featured, but it would also have been polite to have been informed. Anyhow, no complaints, and much appreciation to Coleb for spotting it! :)
