I could have sworn we JUST HAD THIS DISCUSSION.
I know it's out of curiosity, but honestly as long as it's possible to make a living off doing what you love I don't get why people care so much about the money.
On average I think it's in the mid 50's, but this isn't taking into account Location and benefits and all that stuff. There is ALOT more to look at then the paycheck.

I make 3.50 an a hour, plus tips. Maybe I would make more if I only stopped drawing on Mcdonalds napkins but hey....they're free.

I didnt know they make that much. Its kind of a lot compared to other professions but you guys think that those who are in the 50s level took the road of formal education or were self taught?
Im wondering if a self taught artist could make that range...hmmmmmmmm

it doesnt matter if your self taught or have a diploma, what matters is satifying your client.

Some make nothing, some make millions.
Depends on the artist.
But this is true for anybody and anything.
Last time I checked, there is no set amount or limit to how much one can make in ANY proffession.
Ofcourse, unless you work for the gov't. ;)
