Teen Challenge #34: Mixed up Scene.

G'day dudes, my bad on the delay dawgs.
Last one was kinda rigid so this one is very open.

The Rules:
Anyone ages 13-19 may submit an entry at any time before the deadline. Please host your image on a remote image-hosting site instead of uploading it to the CA server. This makes it much easier to transfer it to the poll thread.

The Topic:
Mix up scene, choose 3 topics, (i.e. African war machine + French Flying Stucture + Ancient Babylonian Wonder of the World) to create an environment and three influences (i.e. Drug Dealer + Zombie + Futuristic Cyborg) to create a character or characters to place in your scene.

Must include an environment with at least 3 readable influences and at least 1 character or creature with 3 influences.

Very open topic. Let your creativity flow, like diarrhea from a buffalo...:P

Please add a small description or storyline. We don't want a five page essay but make it nice, brief, and to the point. Especially if there is something in your design which needs explaining.

Add a border around your image with your name and the topic, like they do with the other of the week challenges.

Friday, September 21st at midnight PST

Than can be the same 3 topics for both the character and the enviroment.
You need at least 3 influences but it can go up to 6 (three for char and 3 for enviroment).

Right well thought I would get an early start on this one so I don't completely fail to complete, anyway mine is going to be based on the themes and cultures of aztecs, pirates and hell. You will see the pirates part of it later once I'm finished struggling with the damn clouds and lightning.

Well did a little more work on it,think I will push the background a little further then start work on the character (obviously the squidgy human shape at the front it just to show where it will be placed, I wasn't quite sure about the placement really I was thinking of moving him over to the left. Oh also is the perspective on the boats looking right? I don't even know how to check it so I just took a stab in the dark.

Well here it is almost finished now as I called in sick to work (just couldn't be bothered) and spent the majority of the day drawing. Anyway any thoughts on lighting, composition or texture would be greatly appreciated.

Submarine+ Secret Garden +...?(hoping something will occur to me)

The submariner when I put him in will be jumping from the far right girder to the middle one. I don't know why they don't have bridges in this submarine.

I'll be doing a Far Dareis Mai (Maiden of the Spear) from Robert Jordan's The Wheel of Time series. The background will be of the Aiel Waste. Influences are mainly from the book but also the Arizona rock formations and African deserts. The character will be, again, mainly from the book but also influences (VERY SLIGHTLY) of ninja garments, and hot red headed chicks :P

Didn't have time to color, but at least it's something....Ninja+SWAT police+custodians in an environment of easter island+New York City+egypt sorts. The one broom handle is off a bit too. Any and all critiques appreciated :)
