pretty awesome for traditional...which it is right? and what is that, oils? you might try cleaning up some of the stuff that is a little undefined..like the shirt maybe, or around the ear? just an idea. and next time, i think a little color contrast in the lower left would really add to it.

I like the subtle highlights on the face, and i agree with ljefe, some more definition around the lower area would help
