I'm opening a commission art with mangastyle.

General Rules:
:right:Please read all the rules, price, notes, how to pay!
:right: No stealing artworks.
:right: No flaming
:right: add msn/ym me just for chat, not ordering or nagging me about your request
:right: never send me tips with mail order ^^; I don't belive in Indonesia's mail service.
:right: Art takes time because I have my own real life activity. Please be patience.
:right: I'll certaintly finish your request
:right: I have the right to decline any request.
:right: violate the rules, I would black list you and if I'm working on your request, I would cancel it and money you have sent me won't be refund.
:right: I won’t draw background (just color background or at least like the examples), except you asked for it (background will cost extra).
:right: You can only order 1 illustration per person. except the request is interesting for me I would reconcider.
:right: the price doesn't include shipping fee or transfer fee or other fees.
:right: I won't send any request printed, just the jpg file in zip.
:right: please check the price if you want the art shipped or printed.

The Process:
:right: Please fill the form provided, send it through e-mail, with the subject title “Request illustration”.
:right: send full payment, no more sending half payments.
:right: I won't start the sketch/coloring if you haven't send or/and I haven't receive the payments.
:right: no change after you had agreed with the sketched and no change after I had finish coloring the art.
:right: major change = extra fee = I'll wait until I receive the extra fee payments first before I start to ink and color/tone.
:right: I will send you my work in progress, if I cannot finish the coloring in 1 day.

+ background : 10-30US$ depend on the details.

At last I decide to put away the 5th choice. Since I can't get a paypal here. So I must insist you to pay using WesternUnion/Moneygram. Bank transfer will be the last resort ^_^
