Permission to use an emote?

Hey, I'm curious to know who made the :yayca: emote because I'd love to use it in a "support CA stamp" over at DA, but I want to get permission to do so first.

In case you're wondering, Stamps are these little things people put in their journals on DA, indicating stuff they support, are members of, or just have general likes or dislikes. I figure, those of us who have DA galleries can pimp a "Proud Member of CA" stamp in our journals, and perhaps that might bring a bit more exposure to any youth who want to improve their work.

The stamp with the emote would look like the attached file. If it's not cool, I'll omit the little guy and just keep the text. :)

Wasn't I, so probably Prom. I really don't think whoever made it will mind.

Spiral Fish: Only administrators can add emotes, but most of them were made by people in the community.

I just want to be sure because 1) I give credit where credit is deserved, and 2) I don't want DA removing it because somehow they think it's a violation of copyright. :p
