how come you seem so down about your art?...due your fantastic, you say some of this stuff is rubbish, compared to alot of people this is GOLD, those comic strips arent funny in a "LAUGH OUT LOUD" wet yourself laughin kinda way but they do have a certain charm and they made me smile, thats the kind of humour it is, they are realy great. and im not just saying this as a nobody artist who doesnt know his stuff ive seen ALOT of work from all levels pro-to high school and i promise you this is great stuff. you probrably know this but you seemed so down and disapointed in your work. dont be.

I think there's a lot more personality to sketches, maybe it's just me.
But it's not overrendered (as i tend to do), not rendered at all.
So you can see clearly how you draw, and you draw great!

Redspade>> Thanks. Tips...Um... simplify shape. Look for shape instead of thinking body parts, observe carefully and think before you put down the line. Go life drawing twice a week if you can.

there is one thing though i have to nag about.
the font of your comic. its HORRIBLE!
it really is, your coloring and figures are such a pleasure to the eye.. and your
font looks like its coming out of the anus of the comic sans maker.

so yeah.. maybe try some handwriting? something that looks more like it?
AND maybe try something different for the ballons itself. they LOOK like they have be pasted by someone using mspaint.

hope my tone is not too harsh, its been a long day.
your work is awesome and its just weird for a designer like me to see it being
brought down by a font.
