This is a matte painting done for Master Tsu Book and short movie.
The requirements here were to have an arizona-like image, using a blue-red-green color palette.
It's gonna be used both as illustration and background matte (intentionally there's no focal)
I had a lot of fun working with this palette;
Thanks for taking a look!

That's a pretty cool matte painting. You were able to blend things well between your photographs.
The only question/gripe that I've got is, why is it called El Paso? That may just be the name of the piece, but El Paso mountains look nothing like that. If you want some reference for them, they are called the Franklin Mountains. Here's a pic:

The Franklins are at the foothills of the Rockies. Just FYI. Also, I'd post this at Mattepainting.org for some more serious feedback about your work. I'm not entirely sure that this site will give you all that you want.

Dude I totally understand. I know where you're coming from. Thankfully, when approaching clients with things like this, most of the clients I've had have been really receptive. Then again there are the ones that have their unyielding vision and a lot of times refuse to listen to reason. But hey they're writing the checks.
