Doing this for a client wanted to know what you good people thought..
Looking for pointers .. crits... help from anyone who paints as well.. I tend to go for a more animated feel usually but this is what the client wanted...

Seems simple enough... Fresco, huh? How much are you getting paid?

This image has something very refined as to the feeling it is arousing. It has an element of melancholy and, despite this, a suggestion of optimism too. A just a little before rain atmosphere perhaps. The turqoise-violet flowers in the front of the scene make it lively without excess. And, all this serenity...
It is very good. Is it really a fresco? Or you call it so because it is a wallpainting?

this looks like acrylic to me. are you sure it's fresco? (doesn't really matter, just curious)
i think the green trees don't have the same feel as the rest of the painting maybe if you had lighten it or more yellow to it. but overall this looks nice and very condusive to urinating :D

that's awesome for a room....would birds in the distance ruin it?

Its fresco in the fact that I painted it into wet plaster on a board.. I used heavily watered down acrylics and watercolors ( not limewash or egg tempra ) so I guess maybe it isnt a true fresco.. but its the effect Im reaching for more than being absolutely true to fresco technique..
the piece is a bit brighter here than it actually is.. ( I took the picture right after finishing so things have dry adn set up a bit more and in drying they tend to fade out a bit ) I tried fixing it in photoshop but it just looked phoney when I did so I left it alone pretty much.
As for adding any kind of animal the client also has a little dog ( wirehair terrier puppy ) that Im supposed to paint in somewhwere.. Im waiting to get photos of the dog befor eI even think to add him in though... Thanks for the responces I do appreciate it and will continue to show the progress of this as soon as I have more to show! :)
