DigitalMind - Game Development Studio

Brief description:
I'm am looking to start a development studio in the United Kingdom. However with such a small amount of funding behind me it is going to be extremely difficult. I am looking for another person living in the United Kingdom, who has experience in traditional and digital art and Team Management. (Please read the "talent Needed" section)
Target aim:
To build and run a successful Game Development Studio in the United Kingdom. Producing a company demo reel to show to publishers for funding of future projects and ventures.
Technology:
Discussion between another programmer and I will decide upon which engine we base our demo project, however we will be looking at professional game engines in the future. Until then we will be developing for the PC platform.
Talent needed:
Currently I am looking for an industry experienced artist living in the United Kingdom, someone with entrepreneurial drive and willing. Should you apply you should have a great knowledge in game art, and traditional art methods.
Compensation:
Unfortunately, until we have developed a company demo reel no payment can be offered. Until the you will be working as a volunteer. Funding wise, i am paying for the game engine license we will be using for the demo project. And any other expenses i see fit.

I myself have had experience on a number of hobbyist projects, and i have education in "Game Design and Mechanics" also taking a side course in "Computer Game Art".
