such incredible detail...

I wasn't aware that Fantastic Four was involved in the X-Men world.

Thanks Simpli, but it is not a Sentinel's head from the X Men, it is the head of a Doombot, robots created by Doom to rule Latveria and to go against the FF. The head was from one of the first designs of the doombots, very similar to the sentinels.
Thanks for your words.

Yeah. I was about to say, shouldn't he be sitting on a sentinel's head?

Anyways, nice work. But is it just me or is the chair a little lopsided?

yeah although thats not a sentinels head the two worlds of theirs constantly come together. Frank Richards is seen with the xmen quite consistenly and also the new fantastic four ahs had showdowns with the old fantastic four. Most of marvels worlds intertwine as spiderman ghost rider the hulk and wolvie were in the new fantastic four. which is a shitty team to begin with but i wont get into that.. great sculpt man! i could talk comics for hours.

Thanks man, about the size, is 9 inches tall from the bottom to the top of Doom's head, and about the clean armor is with lot and lot of sanding, the lines are made while the epoxy is not too hard, that is about 15 minutes since it was mixed, with a small dentist instrument, just like small knife but it does not cut.
Thanks again.

This piece took me about 15 days, a bust could take 3 or 4 days depending how detailed is. I have been sculpting for about 3 years, no constantly, that means, I have stopped several times and started again a few more in the last 5 years.
Thanks guys.

Very good work indeed.
About Doombots and Sentinels: First off, Sentinels are much bigger than doombots. And there were rumours that Boliviar Trask either copied the doombots designs or purchased īem from Latverians famous ruler.

Victor von Doom is one of my personal favorite characters from marvel.
I donīt know what yer reffs were but the armour is pretty much original. Even the mouthpiece is accurate, wow.
One, na two things. I favor the John Byrne Layout which show neutral eyelids not tilted one that look like Victor von Doom is aways giving the evil eye, but thatīs details in taste and I too can talk comics fer hours especially over the most misunderstood genius and stateleader of Latveria.

Second: The piece is so awesome, so why did ya put that goofy rubber chicken on top of the throne???

That īs not up to the rest of a really cool and exact sculpt.

But in total, coooooool work.
Congrats.

I have some old copic-marker pics of Victor. Think Iīll go looking fer them.

Jajajajaja, gooffy chiken, that was funny, but the idea was to be a "be afraight golden eagle" like Nazi's icon, just to be a part of the context. Doom a tyran, a "I am the king", "I rule the world". But it was funny. Thanks for your words man.
