Out of curiousity, website art....

Hi There,

I thought I would make sure I have a good understanding before I randomly point people to this section of the forum.

Here is an example of the scenario:

I listen to blogtalkradio and follow some of the podcasts of the people that
present on there. I found an open request for an artist to design an artwork
to be used as a banner for one of the topic's websites with the credit going
to the artist.

Is this something that when I see, I should leave a note to the requester to
take a look at this forum? Or is this type of scenario undesirable?

I want to help those on this forum, I don't want to piss them off if it is
something that is not what should be posted.

If it turns out that the answer is no one wants that type of post here, I won't
bother mentioning it to the requester.

You could point people to this forum but you shouldn't post for them... that's entirely acceptable but even better if they have interesting projects.

I would never presume to post for someone :)

It would put me in the middle of something that could turn nasty...
