Angels, Giants and Floods - Oh My!
I'm currently completing the final screenplay in a fantasy trilogy and am seeking concept artists to help visualise the story in order to sell the screenplay. I would also be looking to use this artwork to establish an online presence. Unfortunately I have no site set up for this project as yet, but can give a brief outline quite easily.
What I'm working on is a fantasy trilogy, obviously in the likes of Lord of the Rings, but based on biblical texts. My trilogy tells the story of the Watchers, angels left to guard the earth, who decide to take human wives and bear a race of giants. These giants fight against each other and destroy the earth in the process, forcing God to send a flood to wipe them out.
There are a number of key characters and scenes that I would be looking to conceptualise, and I would be happy to explain these in full detail to anyone interested.
At this stage I'm seeking any expressions of interest as I think this could be a very fun project and frankly, I think it could be huge. It's an epic tale, and thinking of the flood, it's a tale that's told in over 20 different cultures throughout history, so it certainly resonates with humanity for some reason.
If anyone thinks this would be a project they would be interested in, feel free to reply here, PM, or e-mail me with your details. Although this would be non-paid work to begin with, I'm a big believer in building a creative team and working with the same team from concept to actualisation, so I would be fighting through negotiation to keep this team together throughout the creative process.
