If you're like me, you're fighting lag all the time in Painter. I just discovered that if I select a brush and the response and tracking is really laggy, it speeds up and acts normal if I save the file. Problem of course is that saving over and over again is a pain . Anyone have this problem? Any other tips on fighting the slowdown? Maybe I'm just too used to Photoshop and working on big 300dpi images.
