I hope it'll keep me motivated a little more :)

Great way to start by drawing your own hand.

Our hands are complex subjects, and you will learn a lot by regularly drawing your hand.
You've also done some observational drawings, which is excellent, keep all that up, mix it up with some anatomy studies and you'll be set.

Draw lots, draw everyday, keep it up.
