Concept art leader? Wow it's nice to hear some good and high ambitions from people!:) I'm not sure that exact title exist but I know what you're thinking.

For classes start out with the basic design and drawing classes. You have to have a good foundation on the basics before you can cover the advanced. Also take some classes that seem interesting or fun to you, perhaps english for writing, spanish, french, physc, theres so many choices! I'm not sure what california schools are like but try not to limit yourself, take classes outside your field; it gives you a much better view, and helps generate more creativity(so I find). Heck I'm going to take backpacking this semester for a ped gen ed.
Have a great remaining summer and God Bless!

First, read the sticky at the top of this forum. Second, do a search for "California," also in this forum. Next, find Seedling's Games Industry Information thread (find any of her posts, the link is in her sig). That should keep you busy for a while.

Just go to the map of California here:

http://www.aicad.org/bymap.htm

and go from there. Best of luck.
