MY COMMENTS:
After finishing my last big painting "Terrestrial grief" (http://www.painterilya.com/terrestrial%20grief.htm) I still paint the artworks on Christians and bible theme. Here is some of them. I know that this forum is not right place to discuss a religion problems. Just some comments. It`s strange but I`m not christian (I`m muslim). But I feel that it is arm of god choose this way for me.

MY QUESTIONS FOR THE GROUP:
I hope to hear your comments, advices and critique. More then 100 my artworks (paintings and drawings) you may see in my gallery http://www.painterilya.com/indexE.htm

Dude, those are really good! :) That first sketch with the man carrying the cross is fabulous. I'll definitely check out your site. You should hook this thread up with more of your work, it will get a lot more comments.

Amazing stuff. I am truly baffeled by your work. Excellent knowledge of the human anatomy combined with a strong insight of perspective and rendering. I like the style of your sketches. They really remind me of the sketched works of Da Vinci and even Rubens. You are right there, among those great masters of the baroque and renaissance. Congratulations!

I have never read the book, but the artwork is fantastic. It has a great classical feel to it. Can't decide whether I like the paintings or the sketches more. Very nicely done.
