That is what I call "pure talent". No photo manipulation, no pre 3Drenderings, no photobrushes or textures, no tricks. Just pure skill and talent.
Really amazing works, Hamsterfly, I love all.
The way you paint the dragon wings over the sun, leave me breathless.
The smith is powerful, great use of light, great atmosphear.
The girl whit the werewolves move my blood ;-]
I'm completly enchanted.
P.S: I'm not standing against the use of photo or 3Drender or other way to speed up the work...I know professional works need more effect in less time. I just esteem deeply who don't need to use.

Exceptional work. Seen your postings on CGtalk and thought highly of them. Your first image is, by far, the best. Speaks volunes of your skills and confidence.
Love to see you create more art that speaks as proudly as the first.. assuming its a personal piece and it shows.

ICH - Thx ! but I use photorefs in some works :S not often but it's neecessary sometimes
Sure, photo references are fundamental some times, but there is a great differece between photoref and overpainting. Anyway, amazing all!.
For the Thumbnail, CA's bring the first image you attach and resize to create a thumb. If you want a different thumb you have to create your square detail crop and attach as a first image (yes, you have to edit the message, remove all the images, upload the thumb and than upload the images and relink...I think).

I'm not usually taken in by digital work. It's just not as impressive as real paint.
But DAMN!! This stuff blew my socks right off and through the floor! At no point do you sacrifice your composition of darks and lights, or your sense of color, or your sense of story for some cheap digital visual effects. That first piece is absolutely beautiful, full of life, it's funny, it's cute, it's amazing and spectacular. Your pieces with really low lighting are fantastic and your sense of... moodiness... is, well, stellar to say the least. So thank you for amazing me. I cannot wait to see more!!
Cheers,
~Daniel

Beautiful work man, I think the hamster dragon duel is my favorite piece for the extreme dynamic action, brush strokes, lighting and humor. I've seen your work around on cgtalk and imaginefx I think or perhaps the ballistic publishing books. Great use of color, I really like the big duel piece too with the minotaur and the scene with the (werewolf-like) creatures and the girl 'night setting'.

Holy monkey - these are brilliant! All the scenes are so alive, and loaded with eye candy. You do have a really broad range of skill - how did you get so good? I love the texture and motion you have going on. I think the first one is my favorite, the werewolf girl is my favorite, the orc on horseback is my favorite, the bulldozer is my favorite, the smith is also my favorite, the b/w mechanical bird is probably my favorite too, and the girl slashing the wraith, and the knight and the ranger looking girl is my favorite I would say. Thanks for posting, this is amazing. :)
