Hi all, long time no post. Here's a bus station environment concept piece. Originally I started it as a doodle, then just work my way up.

Second:
Did this one recently after watching a Chinese-Fantasy movie called "The Stormriders". This piece is about an old swordsman bringing down the villain's base with his last breath. Enjoy and have a nice day!

Third:
Another doodle piece.
C&C are most welcome! Have a nice day!:teeth:

love the colours, love the energy and looseness. it's not that finished a piece i think and i would perhaps get rid of the wireframe like lines on the buildings in the lower BG.
still, very nice sketch.

Thanks for the Critq Tensai! Yes, you're right, guess I'm still figuring out how to do a loose and yet finished piece. I checked out your Thread, looks very nice! I enjoy the attention to detail and all the line works.

Great work fookchai!
Maybe, though, some extra work on the city buildings with more implied details and some more dramitic lighting (the buildings are a little flat and evenly lit) would really get the image really buzzing. As it is the image sort operates as three horizonal zones; sky, city and and bus station -with a bit more work the image would be more intergrated and you'd get some pretty cool depth happening.
Very appealing image, but perhaps it could go up a level or two with a bit more work.
Thanks for posting!

Thanks Michaelh! I'll definitely put in some more work on the depth of field and push the lighting more. Thanks for the comment.

I went and had look at your blogg, fookchai - great work, I particularly like your composition sense. The aerial view is my favourite.
I tried to post a comment but it just seemed to freeze...

I love your First piece man and the second one is great but I dont like the bumpy helmet looking things on the front of the tanks
also just give a little more detail or texture to the landscape on the 2nd one
