I'll agree on the guys arm and will add his calf looks a tad odd...But solid work, way to go.

Hmm, it seems that the right foot, isn't anatomically right... am I wrong? (right foot of the man). Good job though.

Well, if the thing draped over her leg is part of her harness it's too loose. Instead of curving up the back of her ass it would travel further round the leg (believe me, those harnesses are *tight >.<) Other than that I don't see anything technicaly wrong with the image, although I haven't done climbing for a while so I might have missed something. Nice touch on adding the chalk bag though, I think a lot of people would have forgotten that :)
