Try adding a specific light source on your SB like the bird up there, it will make them much more dynamic

I like the girl with the pattern on her face. To a certain extent, the pattern even simulates the kind of shadows one might see (but not perfectly). That just helps make it interesting to look at.

I think you've got a good base but you need practice. The skull piece was interesting to watch but you could take your time to blend a little more. And hey, you're 'only' 16. You got years of practice and amazin artwork ahead of you
