I am fairly new here, I believe this is my first post on this forum. I am not sure where I am as far as art goes, but I do like doing what I do. ^^ I just want to get better at it everyday.

Just something I did contesting against a friend of mine. Took about 4 hours just to finish this, but I do like how it came out. Thank you for viewing my image. ^^

Not bad, its kind of wiry (is that a word?). You should vary the line weights to show volume.

Oh yeah...Don't ninjas hate pirates?

Hey Zeke,

this probably should go in the WIP or Sketches section, then you get much more reactions. The Finally Finished is meant for really finished works.

You got some nice lines there keep it up!

I agree with more line wieghts.
And yeah when you put sketches in the finished section you get comments like "Lets see that coloured :)"
so.....

thats lookin good, my comment would be... if she is a ninja, wouldnt a huge pirate gun make her super obvious? the bang? the hiss etc etc~
lookin good, just as the others guys said, color it it'll look killer

I just wanna add that the shieth looks a bit too small for the sword. Also (being a samurai/ninja "person" I have to say this) if she is a ninja she should have a straight sword and shieth. And the "tsuba" the little hand protector on the sword should be square...and oh yea remove the little decorative piece on the end of the shieth and make a triangular tip on it, if you really do want her to be a ninja.

However, apart from my nit picking, it looks really nice, and I, like the others here, would like to see it finished. :D
