good figure refs???

I am trying to bring my skills up a bit, (they need a lot!!) I have picked up a few books from suggestions here, and have had my head hurt from reading through the figure drawing forums.

I wonder what people use (if they do) as refs for poses, and positions they use in drawings that are not from still life.

I want to take part in the CHOW forums, as I think it will motivate me well, but I want to make a good showing and start with correct forms.

Can anyone suggest a good source (web site, book, ect..) for ref material.

I've recently discovered that magazines, the gossip/media ones that women read, are a treasure trove of good reference images.
Get your mum or missus to buy you a couple. ;)
