Hello guys ,i'm new at the boards and was looking for some help with my drawing abilities, so here it is some examples:

Nothing fancy, and very very crude compared with some stuff that is out here, thanks to everyone in advance, i have so much to learn right now, but i would appreciate some pointers.

Oh and great stuff you all have here!

First word of advice: Don't use deviantart if your looking for critiques and want to learn.
Second: Start a sketchbook http://conceptart.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=41
And start drawing from life and any anatomy books you can get your hands on.
Good luck!

CA has a service thats a little hard to figure out. For the most part photobucket.com is very user friendly and extremely intuitive. You can upload images directly off your computer, then just copy the IMG tag they give you whereever you want people to see your image.

Just in case you hadn't heard, the way to upload images via CA's method is as follows -- click "go advanced" (next to the "post quick reply" button), compose whatever text you have, click on the little paperclip above the text field, select your image file, click "upload", and then "submit reply".

Doesn't seem hard to me, but.. whatever.

Good start on those sketches, btw :) Take ChaoticKnight's advice.. and whatever else you do, keep drawing!!!!

Cheers :^^:

You seem to be doing well so far

May I just suggest, take this as you will, but I find it useful to do a
detailed sketch of the skeleton of what im studying. That makes it easier
for me to break down into shapes later on when Im attempting poses,
because I understand what I am drawing.

When I used to follow tutorials other people had done in regards to putting
the body together with shapes I found it hard, so it was an advantage to me to figure it out myself.

@Bakarne- Yes i do fell the same away, it's easier to draw something if you study it first and comprehend it.

@Amontillado- Thans for the insight, althought i already created a photobuckket account i will do what you said.

Thanks everyone for the boost, e already created a sketchbook, http://www.conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=102058, fell free to drop by.
