"In his cups" (pics)- Help me please

Hi,
I took a few photos recently of ricky aged just 1 week in a large cup I bought Recently.The photo was on white seamless with clear plexi-glass on the floor.
Please let me know what you think and how I can make this shot better, and also please feel free to tweak the image and post your results along.
I just cannot seem to get the image to pop enough.

Now,This photo was not at all decided .....it just happened but i love it.
It screams "purity" and "innocence" to me. Which i think is fairly fitting considering the two subjects "Bible" & "Baby".

hi cruise,
i really like the cup photo! :) i didn't think it needs any improvement, but after looking it for couple of times i thought to give it a try and see if i could make something up. this is what i came up with: as you can see there wasn't much to change :)
