first time using charcoal .. i think it looks like crap .. but i didnt spend much time on it anyway..

heeeyyy, I remember seeing a tutorial that looked almost exactly like this in an old comic magazine type thingy....nice job anyways.

Charcoal's is hard to work with and you've done good job with the shading you have there. I'm not quite sure what's going on here, as for as the subject is concerned. I'd suggest sketching out somekind of framework for his body and taking a look at some photo references. Ultimately, in order for comic artists to be able to exagurate the human form, they must first study and be able to reacreate real facial, skeletal and muscle structure. The key is to keep working at it.

thanks guys.. yea i was kinda in a hurry to finish it and i wasnt able to define the body shape and what not but im sure when i try charcoal again ill take my time and remember ur advice thanks..

It looks good, you just need to go back with an eraser (AKA the white line maker) and pull out some highlights.
