I don't really know what compelled me to make something like this, I've never really done anything like this. So it was a bold move on my part to step into a new light of painting Biotech People.
It originally started out with just a head of a girl, just a regular picture, nothing special, then I got this crazy idea to do something weird to her. And this is what has come out of it!
This is all painted in photoshop 7 with the airbrush "brush". Originally it was black and white, then I simply added color as a new layer. Anyway, comments are always welcome, and since I'm not a pro, I'm sure some of you guys will spot a couple things here and there.

Total time to completion: 18 hours, over the span of 1 week.

Here is the process of this whole piece:

Anyway, thanks in advance :)

I paint really, really slow. Plus the original was obviously bigger.

When you're still learning form, lighting, and color its better to do speed paintings, that means stop working on a piece after 40 minutes to an hour. Time your self, do hundreds of these.
But right now you need to focus mainly on your drawing and over all understanding of form.
