Appleseed:fanwork - Update-GITS img FINISHED!

-I finally got a break from Comics to do some other stuff. -Messing around really.. I've repenciled these two to board, and then inked it down.

Really, I just wanted to try out a brand of comics manuscript paper I picked up the other day.

*the Flaw,
in the excitement to draw something else, I made the error of not watching the anotomy of Deunan's arm. I also got lazy on her arm at rear and didn't complete it. At any rate, draw and learn. it was quite fun to work it out anyway.

I dont really know, but your proportions look kinda wrong...
Maybe it's the detail or the size of the characters but it seems to me, that their heads are just too small...
or their arms are to huge...dunno.

Besides of that it's great work.
The detail and line quality make beautiful pictures.
The third one is way cool.

-Yes, screwed the pooch a bit on this one, want to do another soon If I have the time. The inking came out well as I had intended, but Deunan's figure suffered. it was a task to get it right with her armor on. Next time I'll be sure to work more out on her figure and then add another detail to that with the figure.

These are some pretty cool works Koro, I'm a fan of Shirow myself. I haven't read any Appleseed personally, but I loved his GitS manga. I pretty much agree with everybody elses comments (about the woman's head especially) so I don't have much else to say. Just wanted to support my fellow mangaphiles :) love the inks and authentic screentone comic look.
