I seem to take photos too rarely as my threads seem to be gone before i get a new photo to add here. :P but anyways, here are some new stuff, hope you like it :)

Oh, for remedying photos threads disappearing there's always the search. You search for your friend and revive it, huzzah!

As for the shots themselves. The first one's a little too out of focus too much, it's hard to actually look at anything in particular or know what it is I'm meant to be looking at.

As for number two, I mean that's better in terms of 'look at what now?', but would probably be better if there were more emphasis on the right hand side of the photo. Maybe crop a bit off the left?

about the pics, i think you are pretty much right. i didn't think them as so much of an artistic photos, but i was so thrilled about how "small" shots i was able to take, that's why they look like they do :) have to remind that the pictures are about 0,5cm wide, preeeetty damn hard to get the focus right.. but this was my first try with this style, and will send more pics when i get something good out. thanks for the comments Rhynome and Mhouse :)

Oh, I was by no means saying 'you're rubbish! you should be better, instantly!' I was just pointing out what I thought was wrong, with taking what was right with them for granted. Yeah, they're 5mm wide, not the easiest to take and so even managing to get the shot I'd say is pretty good.

I was being a tad too blunt/ignoring of the good side of things when I wrote that.

But still, what I mentioned I still believe, go out there and take some nice artsy photos for us all, go on!

no worries Rhynome, i think i understood you right from the beginning. perhaps i didn't express myself clearly enough, but english aint my mother language so forgive me if i don't make sense at times :) and even if i wouldn't agree to your comments, doesn't mean i don't want to hear what you say. everyone has a different eye and feeling for this stuff and i think that's a good thing! this forum is great place to learn new things about photographing and all i need to do is listen what other has to say and learn from it!:) anyway, thanks again for the help and comments, they are highly appreciated! :)

I personally enjoy photos that have various in focue and out of focus areas. It makes things interesting, it makes you notice things that we don't notice our eyes do when we are just looking at an object.
