I have the same story as alot of other artists here as I've been *hovering* around these forums for a few months and have been greatly inspired.
To keep it short, I really want to get better, sometimes lack motivation, and would like EVERYONE's suggestions, critiques and comments. I will more than appreciate any feedback you can give. Thanks.
Did some studying on anatomy just now and I decided this was a good subject to start with. Some is more of a *Hulking* type build, but I plan to hit other areas as well.

hello! Oh please do draw more females, we have too many buffed men with swords already :)
Nice muscle study by the way. The second drawing clearly defines the back muscles of the character. I can see the Trapezius, Teres major and Teres minor, the external obliques, gluteal maximus and the gastrocnemius muscles. Keep it up!

To nightshade: Thank you, and I will start doing more female studies, thats one of my weakest points.
A few female studies and some random sketches.

Welcome to CA :D
Life drawing and anatomy is a great place to start if you want to improve your drawing skills. This site is just the place to do it too, great community, you're gonna love it here. Lots of good artists and helpful people around. Curious...did you use refs for these first few studies? I would suggest some anatomy books if you don't already own some. Hogarth, Loomis, etc.
Good start. Stay motivated! DRAW!!

To Pirahna: Yep i reffed those muscles.
Just some more stuff, trying some hands, and trying to keep them somewhat quick so i don't spend alot of time on just ONE hand. Alot of FLash MX sketches and some other stuff. I'm going to go work on some more hands and anatomy!

Excellent!
anatomy! some one gets it! i like your anime style.
keep practicing and experimenting with mixing things into the anime flow you have going now.
it so tricky to be an anime artist, you have to find something no one else has done with it to be remembered.....call em crazy but i think you can do something wonderful with your work.
cant wait to see more

Thnx guyss... alot! Here's some new stuff.
Some concepts, and part of a comic me and my friend are messing around with, nothing special. Did a bunch of 30 sec figure drawing excercises, I'll jst post some cuz my scanner barely picks them up.
Can anyone point me in the direction of a book or a site where i can get some human facial studies? thnx.

I've been trying to do some photoshop painting type stuff, not very good at it yet. I was too scared to go with colors, so i stuck in greyscale.
I see alot of great digital painters on here! Anyone know of any good tutorials or methods, just to help out a bit. I am very lost in it right now:( Any direction would be nice, Thanks.
