I'm working on a web-based RPG game, and I have need of some character portraits. I'm looking for portraits that are 120px by 120px, delivered as .jpg files.
The style should look something like these images:

The images would be forward facing head/shoulder views. Just shoulders/face mosty, no full body shots. Characters would be wearing various plate/chain/leather/robes/furs.
I need 20 of these now (and will need more later). My budget for this project is $300.
