Alright so this is where I post my concepts before they've gotten to the rendering stage. The first one I'm posting is my latest one.

It's a bomber which delivers enormous bombs (EMP bombs to be more specific) and the round shape of the bombs fits perfectly in the bulge in the middle of the bomber, which doesn't really fill any other purpose than to deliver the bombs - although it does have two laser cannons.

Hope you like it!

Oh, and never mind the quality - I'm not at home so I had to take a picture with my digital camera...

Ok another one.

Let's see. There are more features to this design than meets the eyes in this sketch. The only thing I can tell you right now is that the pontoons are retractable into the hulls between the engines and the cockpit. The design is based on technology in the Star Wars universe and it's a rough sketch which I'll render when I get some spare time.

I'm a big fan of Ryan Church and therefor I like to try to add some functionality to my designs, rather than just making them look cool. Don't get me wrong, that's fun too - but I find more of a challenge in adding realism to how the machines might work for example in flight.

There's not much to say except I thought a moment about which parts a space battle cruiser might need and they're all in there. Well, that, and the ship is lacking lighter guns because it's relying on the fighters in the hangar.

Alright, peace out guys
