patience, my friend :)

his pose is very stiff, his arms are not the same length, and his pants looked like fur to me at first.

there's just a hint of a background there, I would say develop it more or just get rid of it, right now it's a little distracting.

I like the design of the gun, and there appears to be some nice form happening.

Few problems - His armor appears a little 'too' uniform, like it's part of his skin. He looks more like he's wearing a padded, form fitting costume than a static, solid set of armor.

Remember, draw your figure first, then ADD the armor on top. This would help in reducing pin-head syndrome, where the size of the helmet actually appears to be the size of the head sans-helmet, thereby making the head underneath undersized.
