Just some concepts sketches i think i'll paint. I still have to improve the drawings.

looks pretty good so far, the only thing that bugs me is the spikes on his shoulders might want to rework those.

A great start. Original work from your own ideas is always the best. What I would do now is look up reference on anatomy, hands, and such. Take a look at different artists here on this site which you admire. What makes their drawings "pop"? How are their character concepts set up? What are the positions those characters are in? What is the first thing you see when you look at them? I think asking oneself these things make us take a fresh look at our own drawings, and makes us see what we could improve. What looks odd or strange now when you look at your drawing? Take these drawings and redraw them in different positions, different angles, etc. Usually the first attempt at something will look completely fresh and incredible the 10th time around. Having a hard time drawing a certain part of anatomy? Draw it a hundred times till its not something you feel uncomfortable about. A great start though, keep it up.
