sketched this out using a ref from the ref forum. Going to keep working on it. i think i'll have her in a wetsuit, or a one piece bathing suit.

the face looks flat, but the body is looking ok....

The body looks great. The face is coming along, but if her face is pointed downwards and she's looking up, you'll want to widen the forehead and move the lips closer to the nose. The eyes are a bit flat, and won't be on a straight plane on the face.

Eyes are too football shaped.
I'd round out the boxy jawline.
The girl's right shoulder comes out too much.

But yeah, it's coming along...
