How did you fix dat, using hue N saturation in AdobePS?

What do you think of the overexposed highlight on the steel adjuster on top of the joystick? I think it`s just wrong

what do you mean by WHITE balace, is dat a term in photography? I think it`s racial man why can`t it be White n black balance?

Yup, used a PS curves adjustment layer to set white, black and grey point.
Yes, the blown highlight is ugly, but you cant do much about it in PS since its totally white, no color info left there.

Yes white balance refers to the temperature of the light. You can probably set the white balance manually depending on your cam. Dunno who coined the term WHITE balance, thats just what its called.

he let me borrow this olympus digital camera but it`s not that shar when taking photos in motion
