His legs seem to be at a slightly twisted angle from this body, other than that all it needs is more detail. Like you have in a face but all over.

Agreed that the lower part of his body seems twisted in a different way from the rest.
Also; might be me but his left arm seems smaller, even when it's further away.
Little confused by the exact shape of his hat; might be because of the highlighted rim on the right. Brighter than the rest as well.
Not sure what the buttons on his belly are, might be since it's unfinished.

Hope thats useful, mind that I'm not an expert. Good luck finishing it!
Love the mask and general feeling btw.

The pic on the left, try holding your arm in that possition, very very uncomfortable without twisting your torso to some extent, might be worth bringing the arm round a bit.

Actually, I think he could get a more dynamic pose if he twisted the torso and hips to match the arm. Like one of those "overdramatic villain pulls a gun" poses.

The mask kinda looks like a beak, but it also kinda looks flat. It kinda looks like it could be an interesting villainous feature, but the way it sits on his face is weird and doesn't click with me yet. Either bump the beakiness or cut the length and make it more subtle, right now the uncomfortable halfway point just bugs me.

The last picture doesn't look like it fits with the others. I think the major reason for this is the lack of a mask and the presence of the sword. Changing the scarf thing hanging around his neck to a mask would fix the first problem while keeping his face revealed, and giving him a rifle, or some kind of bayonet or whatever over the other shoulder would fix the other.

The daggers work on the barkeep because you can see what looks like a pistol in his belt, but the last guy just kinda looks like he's taking a sword to a gunfight.

The claw arm on the first one still bothers me. No matter how many times I try, it feels weird as hell when I go into that position. I can't conceivably think of why anyone would do it, with the elbow tucked behind the ribcage like that. Even to physically get into that pose, you'd need to rotate your torso a bit to the right and lower the right shoulder.

Even if he's reaching for something on his belt/strapped to his butt, his arm would chicken-wing out more than pushing the elbow toward the spine.

Man, I'm getting really worked up about that arm... Claw hand!!! >:{
