What is it you want to achieve?

From what i see now, you should get back to basis and check up on anatomy in general. Your brushes are too small atm and your composition is not working for this. Coloring is fun, but it won't magically enhance your drawingabilities.

Try drawing with a pencil on paper for a while. Start a thread in the sketchbooksection and post your drawings regurarly. There are some very good threads about recommended books in Art discussion and tips, tricks and tuts.

Hope this helped.

I agree with what cookiedough says...

You need to look at some books like Anatomy for Artist or just regular anatomy books to overall help your understand of perspective and foreshortening...

the mouth seems to far from the nose... and the arm is really small compared to his head....

and again work with you color a little more if this is what your trying to achieve overall is a digital portrait...

keep on practicing and never stop... always practice at what you fear most...

try to think in 3d, make some exercises, just doddle, forms, cube, spere, get the 3d feeling, if you do this 5min a day woull improve. chek the tutorial tips section

but you create a transparent glass fealing so practice more

I would critique this, but I would just be bombarding you with critiques that you'll only be able to understand through practice.

I'd say you should lay off colouring and work on proportions.
