Hi Im new to the forum, I've posted some artwork and some stuff as well, but I would like to know your feedback before I continue on, perhaps some crits and some advice in coloring.

Nice drawing! Interesting design for the face. I just wanted to mention that there is a sort of lopsided effect throughout the piece.
As for colouring, do it egyptian stylez. That hat is Cleo all the way! :)

i think the problem that is creating the loüsided effect is the hat itself. It appears to be slightly out of perspective causing it to appear as if its not gripping the head and hair at all, but merely floating around it. If youd fix that i think youd get alot more stability throughout the picture.

I agree with zeroe on the perspective thing. It doesn't like it's resting on her head.
The face is beautifully illustrated though.

I have no clue what the proper way is to wear such a headpiece.
But the thing that bothers me is that de horizontal band is resting pretty high on the head and seams like it's straight, thus not following the curve of the head. This on itself could be fine weren't it for drape alongisde her face (on our right side) which looks like it's falling behind her cheek.
Overal the headpiece looks to flat to be resting on a human head.
Hope i could clarify some things. :)
