How did I become a "Art Squad Leader"?

Could someone tell me what the status text behaves like, please?
I mean, why am I an "Art Squad Leader"?
What have I done to become one?
What have I to do to become "Professor" or something else?
When or why does it change?

I think it just works off amount of posts, Herm. There's different titles for 0 to 50, then 51 to 100, etc... I'm guessing at the numbers, but that's how forums typically do it. Plus, I think the mods can give youa permanent one that you make up, depending on the forum app.
