actually no, I was going to render all the background figures with the same forms as the forground one, but I just got tired and bored with the image, so I tried to make them jelly like and just called it a day.

This is actually an assignment for school. editorial illustration. The headline of the article is "attracting talent to your non-profit organization."

just a thought...
if its a business related article. I think you should have the guy in the for ground dressed in bussiness suit. the tie looks good. but maybe a navy blue suit with black pants? or would that ruin the jelly suit motif.
